[Video] U2 x Jay-Z Live at Brandenburg Gate in Germany
Jay-Z joined U2 for a performance of “Bloody Sunday” in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Germany. They met for the EMAs the performance at a historical site which shows Jay a little out of his element. Either way, Edge goes harder than Baltimore.
The television version is out there, if you want it, but I this audience-view is doper to me.

This was a huge look for hip-hop. I can’t say that I wasn’t excited when I saw this. An orchestral mash-up of Jay-Z’s “Run This Town” opened Super Bow XLIV –a game that the Saints took 31 – 17.

Snoop Dogg x Jay-Z – “I Wanna Rock (Remix)”
Jay-Z and Snoop get together for the remix of one of the hardest records out, “I Wanna Rock.” DJ Clue just debuted this joint not even an hour ago and finds your way here by way of Illionaire. Pardon the picture of Snoop giving Jay the Masonic [...]

Jay and Riri hit Carson Daly’s NYE special on NBC to ring in the new year with a performance of “Run This Town” and “Umbrella.” It was snowing at Roc-a-Fella Rockerfeller Center so that added a dramatic touch to everything. Happy New Year to all of you.

Here’s the latest from one of the hardest tracks on Jay’s “The Blueprint 3.” This just made its debut on NBC right after the ball dropped. I honestly didn’t know that it was possible to debut a music video right after the ball drops on a New Years Eve special.
The video itself is pretty [...]

I guess this is to hold us over until the video for “On to the Next One” drops. Oh, yeah, didn’t post it but some behind-the-scenes shots seeped out last week. It looks pretty dope. Not what I expected.
After watching this video it puts the song in perspective for me. Though, I like the [...]

50 Cent x Beanie Sigel – “I Go Off”
I can now see why Beanie is in the situation he is in. He is a drone. He expects things to be given to him and done for him. This is clearly a stunt that 50’s pulling. Does no one else see that 50 managed to get [...]

Meiplé (Me I Play) featuring Jay-Z (Radio Rip) (CDQ) Thanks, Lowkey.
“Shakin’ It For Daddy” featuring Nicki Minaj
There was only one good flick of Robin and Jigga that I could find, and I figured it would be everywhere once this song finally came out, so I opted for a pic of Thicke’s wife instead. Yes, that’s [...]

So, after hearing a mash-up of Biggie’s “Party and Bullshit” and Miley Cyrus’ “Party in the U.S.A.,” I was interested in hearing what the true version of Miley’s song sounded like. To my surprise, I liked it. One part particularly stood out in the first verse.
In the song, Miley’s in a cab and feels great [...]

It went down this evening. Jay and Alicia hit the big stage, game 2 of the World Series. I take it the Yanks will win this time. Again, a huge moment for hip-hop. Then John Legend sang the “National Anthem.” Let’s hear it for New York!
ALSO: Alicia Keys’ new single, “Sleeping With a Broken Heart.”
