Wale – “More About Nothing” Mixtape
Before I even download this, I must say, “Mixtape About Nothing” is Wale’s best body of work to date. It was the most expressive form of Wale possible. His album, “Attention Deficit,” wasn’t a bad project but it failed to grasp me for as long as “MTAN” did.
I listened to that for weeks. That was a display of creativity, individualism, and lyrics that really made Wale a credible emcee. The “Seinfeld” theme with the snips from the show to accompany songs was great and tied the tape together. I can only hope to get a fraction of that out of “More about Nothing.”
